However, to continue accessing the club, they will need to purchase a physical key fob. It is important to ensure that we collect payment for this key fob as part of the membership process when they transition to full access.
To help manage this, we have implemented a monthly Under 18 Report. This report will be distributed to each club at the beginning of every month and will contain a list of members who are nearing their 18th birthday. This report is updated regularly, and it is essential that managers review it as soon as it becomes available.
As the Club Manager, it is your responsibility to contact each member listed on the report. You should schedule a visit to the club for these members and inform them about the key fob fee, encouraging them to complete the payment in order to maintain their full membership benefits. These calls should be handled as a priority, ensuring that the process is managed professionally and with care to foster strong relationships with the members.
