This new process is designed to streamline our invoice management and make it easier for our accountant to perform daily reconciliations.
Please make sure to follow these guidelines moving forward to avoid missed and duplicate payments.

What is a tax invoice?
A tax invoice is what we send over to a member when they have requested it. They may request it for a bunh of different reasons but the most common is they can claim some of their payments back on tax. Depending if its with a health fund or work or due to an illness. It issuper important we know what to do when a member requests one!
How to fill out a tax invoice:
all you have to is download a copy of the blank tax invoice above and add in the information needed. (date, invoice #, customers name).
Once these pieces of information have been added you then will add the information to whatever payment they were requesting. you just have to put the date of payment, the payment method (credit card, DD), the description (Membership payment, FOB key etc) and the amount.
You can list as many needed to fill the members request. Once done you just need to save it as a PDF and email it over to the member.
