What Success Looks Like, also know as WSLL, is a tool we use to champion multiple categories.

Whilst we have a Big WIG or a goal that we are striving to achieve, this goal is not always met and it can leave us feeling unachieved or like our efforts are not recognised. There is so much involved in both our professional and personal life that success can look different from one person to the next. There are 2 ways to use WSLL:

1. Company Goals - A gym is made up on many moving parts, just because 1 part might not be quite so well oiled and is currently being worked on, doesnt mean that the other areas don't deserve champion recognition

2. Personal Goals - what does success look like to you? Your personal achievements? Did you pass that test? Did you save enough to take that holiday?

The purpose of WSLL is to acknowledge that there are multiple area's of success within your daily working routine. 

It is the Club Managers Job Description to ensure they maximise the profitability of the club, however by setting targets for different areas and giving the team something to work towards, we are more likely to stay on track and stay motivated towards our goals all month! The WSLL targets are set between Charlene and the Club Managers before the start of each month so we are well prepared and know what we are working towards.

The main goals for us are usually;

• Prospects collected

• Average Yield per week 

• Average JF 

• Arrears Collected

• Sales

Although some months there may be another area we need to focus on more and these may be changed. 

It's also important to review the following things to ensure our WSLL targets are achievable. 

1. What did we do last year? What did we achieve and did we have a promotion on. If so what did this promotion include

2. What was last month like? Are we trending as normal or did we go higher or lower than expected?

3. What is our success plan this month? Are we running a similar promotion or are we running something completely different?

Now the fun part; the team outing!! You must hit the following targets in order to be eligable for a team outing. 

5 TARGET + 2 MIND BLOWING = $150 Experiance 

5 TARGET + 3 MIND BLOWING = $200 Experience

If any targets are below 'target' you will not be eligible. 

You as a team can decide what outing you would like to go on whether it be a team lunch or getting your nails done. Its up to you!
