Commission 

Commissions are the exciting part of being in sales! Essentially when you bring in new clients for the business, the business as a way of saying thank you rewards you with a little extra on top of your normal pay check.  

CM, ACM & MC COMMISSIONS

To be eligible for your commission you will have worked with us for 1 month, then a sales target will be set at the beginning of every month for you. You must at a minimum, hit this sales target to be eligible for your bonus. 

The commission program we have here for membership consultants is as follows:

You will get 10% of your personal total income each month if your individual and club sales target is met!!

Income includes the below:

• Joining Fee

• Fob Key 

• All merchandise (towels, shakers, clothing etc) 

• Evolt body scans

There is no commission cap... so go hard and reap your rewards!

EG: Sell 5 towels a day that $50 extra a week in comms!
Sell 10x Hoodies a month, that’s $70 extra in comms!

Remember, people like buying stuff, when you sell it to them :)
No ask, no get. 

The club has to hit the overall target in order for you to get your commission. 

You can also get some extra cheeky bonuses when you hit your mind blowing sales target!!! This bonus includes; 

You will get 15% of your personal total income each month if you hit your mindblowing target or more in sales. This is 15% of your total income for the month and not just from the percent of your extra sales you hit over your target!!!!

Sales Target:

• 7 day cooling off memberships are not included in your sales target or commission.

• Staff or contractors (free) memberships do not count towards your sales target or your commissions. 

• 3 month rehab membership is not included

• 6 month memberships do not count 

LEAVERS COMMISSIONS

Re-join a Leaver on a 12-month signed membership agreement, full joining fee, full key fee, full weekly yields and you will receive $50 per reactivation!
Save 4 people, That’s $200!!

Re-join a Leaver with a no lock in membership agreement and you will receive $15 per reactivation!

Leavers list terms:

• Leaver must sign a copy of their membership agreement in order to get commission.

• Terminate in arrears do not count.  

• Leavers must be contacted from the leavers list and not just be a walk-in ex member. Contact from staff must have been made prior to the reactivation and documented in CW notes. 

• To claim $50 commissions, you must get FULL JOINING FEE & KEY FEE, FULL WEEKLY YIELDS and a signed 12 month membership agreement. 

What happens if i accidentally process a sale under the wrong name?

It is super important that we try and put the sale under the correct name when processing the sale as it can be quiet tricky to back track sales at the end of the month, especially if we have had a big month.

If the sale has been put under the wrong name by accident make sure you keep a record of the members name so we can quickly locate it when working out commissions. 

The sale should go to who ever has completed the 9 steps sales process and closed the sale in club, however sometimes as we know, a prospect won't always sign up on the spot  and will chose to come back another day. If this is the case you can leave a note on the prospects profile and request that the sale please be put under your name if they chose to come back when you are not on shift. As really you have already done the hard work for this one and it will be a simple process when they come back in to sign them up. 

Honesty is the best policy when it comes to commissions. If you know a sale should rightfully go to another team mate it should go under their name and in turn the team will do the same for you! 

RECRUITMENT COMMISSIONS 

If you know anyone, friends, gym buddies, whoever, looking for a FULL TIME position with us, we're ready to reward you for hooking us up with top-notch candidates.

A successful candidate will have to make it through multiple interviews to be offered the full time role from the start of their employment with us and will need to be a staff member for 8+ weeks to be considered as a successful referral. What do you get from this? If you are the lucky person to refer this new staff member you will receive $500!!

When you send their info, just briefly explain why you think they're a good fit and your connection with them. Oh, and don't forget, we're still interested in casual positions too!
