After several months of planning and research, we partnered with the Yi Mar Parahida Orphanage in Myanmar. We recognized that ongoing economic instability in Myanmar has limited access to many basic necessities for children and families. When we arrived, we were deeply moved by the challenges the children faced. Since none of us had previously visited Myanmar, the experience was particularly eye-opening and gave us a broader perspective on the realities that many communities face. 

While witnessing these hardships was difficult, it was also meaningful to know that our efforts could contribute, even in a small way, to improving others' lives. Access to everyday necessities should not be taken for granted, and this project reinforced the importance of empathy, service, and community support. 

We are proud of what we accomplished and how much we grew through this experience. In the future, we hope to continue supporting communities in need and to remember that acts of generosity, no matter how small, can have a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
