Transactions have two interfaces: List View which lists the transactions and Edit View which is used to create new transactions or edit existing transactions.
When viewing lists of transactions, users can switch between various displays.
Transactions: Lists the transaction header information and transaction totals.
Items: Lists the transaction items and amounts per item.
Summary: Depicts the transaction information as a customisable chart (pivot table).
Board: Displays the transactions in columns by Status (Pending or Active) or Due Dates.
On the Transactions and Items views, there are right-click context menus with entries named Summaries that provide several options depending on the transaction clicked. In Edit View a summaries option is available from the Menu (button). These summary options are as follows:
Applies to Customer transactions only (e.g. Sales Orders, Customer Invoices).
Opens a panel on the right with the following tabs:
Detail:
The customer's contact and category details.
The user who created the customer record and the date on which it was created.
User Fields:
Any custom user fields and information recorded with the customer record.
Account:
Accounting information from the customer's records including terms and credit limits.
The current balances outstanding.
An Activity graph indicating the value of quotations, orders, and invoices over the past year.
Transactions:
Provides a dropdown list on the right to select transactions for a specific period (e.g. Fin year, Today, This month).
Provides a list of the transactions that involved the customer for the period selected.
Applies to Supplier transactions only (e.g. Purchase Orders, Supplier Invoices).
Opens a panel on the right with the following tabs:
Detail:
The supplier's contact and category details.
The user who created the supplier record and the date on which it was created.
User Fields:
Any custom user fields and information recorded with the supplier record.
Account:
Accounting information from the supplier's records including terms and credit limits.
The current balances outstanding.
An Activity graph indicating the value of orders and invoices over the past year.
Transactions:
Provides a dropdown list on the right to select transactions for a specific period (e.g. Fin year, Today, This month).
Provides a list of the transactions that involved the supplier for the selected period.
Items:
Displays a list of items where the supplier is the provider (filled in on the item's Costing & Pricing tab.)
Only available on item views.

Only available on certain transactions (e.g. Work and Sales Orders).
Displays the estimated costs, actual costs, and the variances (amount and percentage) per item on the transaction.
Produces a Cost of Sales report filtered to the specific transaction.
Provides a list of all the other transactions in the same transaction flow.
Outstanding quantities refers to quantities that have not been copied to the next transaction in the sequence of transactions (e.g. Sales Order items that have not been invoiced by copying them to a Customer Invoice).
Provides an interface to view outstanding quantities based on copy rule and resolve settings (e.g. items with a resolve of purchase may be outstanding when viewing outstanding items for a purchase order from a work order).
Outstanding quantities can be viewed for all the transaction types listed on the dropdown list next to Out.
Opens a list of timekeeping records with a filter applied to only show timekeeping records for the clicked transaction.
Displays a detailed list of changes made to the transaction including the user, date, and time of the changes.
Opens a list of sent items with a filter applied to only show emails sent for the clicked transaction.
