Customer/Supplier Age Analysis - A CREATEDFROM field has been added to the following data pipelines: AA_Invoices, SA_Invoices, AA_DetLedger.
Output - Functionality has been added to customise the Attachment name. Note: Illegal characters are replaced with an underscore when the attachment is created.
Production Planning - An SM No. column has been added to the Jobs, Tasks, Materials and Outwork views with functionality to Open SM Ticket
Transactions > Inventory View - Item Category and Subcategory as well as Inventory Min Qty and Re-order Qty columns have been added, hidden by default. Note: The view has been updated to show inventory in the Location that is selected in the Materials & Outwork View - previously it was showing the sum of stock in all locations.
Transactions > List View - The Outstanding (Unallocated) column is now only displayed on modules where allocations are used (i.e. Accounting Transactions linked to Customers or Suppliers).
Outstanding (Module) - This module can be opened from the Summaries menu and now only displays the valid items based on the copy rule setting - e.g. if you copy items with Resolve = Purchase, only those items will display as outstanding to a Purchase Order.
The Transaction Setting > Transactions > Default - Add Items - Inventory Enabled has been updated from a checkbox to the following options (You can change the selection on the Add Items popup form):
Hide Stock Qty
Show Stock Qty (All Items)
Show Stock Qty (In Stock Only)
Settings: The link to Asset Categories has been changed to Item Categories - you are now able to select any Item Category. Note: If the Class is linked to a customer, items will be filtered by customer or will select the customer if it is blank. If it's an Internal Class, you can select any item.
Note: When an Asset Item is selected, the Costing and Meter Data are no longer displayed in the center panel below the Detail block (This functionality has not been used)
You are now able to setup a Class in the Service Manager to manage production suggestions. For instance, a factory worker might have a suggestion on how to change the design to make the fabrication easier. You can create the Service Ticket in the Service Manager module, or you can add it from the touchscreen Tracker app.
The Service Manager Class will typically be an internal type not linked to a customer or supplier.
General Setting > Tracker > Enable Item Suggestions (Select SM Class)
Tracker functionality (Planning Board mode only) - When the above setting is populated, a yellow lightbulb icon is displayed in the Active Jobs list. To add a suggestion, click the button and select a Category (if more than one has been added to the class). Enter a Reference and the details of the suggestion and click the Save button. A Service Ticket will be created, and the linked item (Output in the selected Work Order) will be set to Status = Review.
The following User Settings have been added:
Mobile App > Enable Service Manager: Select from Classes that do not use Projects.
Mobile App - Timekeeping Mode: Production. This brings tablet-like tracker functionality to the mobile app.
If this is used, the system now ignores the General Setting: Tracker - Timekeeping Mode; it only enforces the user setting for production planning and only production mode is supported.
Groups and tasks are currently not supported; this functionality will change in the near future.
List View Enhancements: The list view now displays a Stage Filter, Search bar, Active Jobs, and Jobs linked to a stage.
Search Functionality: The search bar now finds information across active jobs and jobs in a stage. Added a dedicated NCR search bar.
Default Views: The visible stage now defaults to the operator's default. If no task or default is set, the system defaults to the first stage.
Standardised Task Labels:
Transaction Number | Company
Running time (if currently active)
Multiline for stage SQL description
hr/s
Qty (Needed / Completed / Outstanding)
Detail Header Layout: The detail header now explicitly shows: Reference, Customer, Item description, Quantity, and Materials.
Colour-Coded Statuses: Work order details turn Red if there is a linked NCR.
Work orders turn Green if linked to a remake.
Tab Adjustments: The "Travel" tab in task details has been replaced by NCR information (this only displays if the item has a linked NCR).
Multi-Tasking: Users can now track time against more than one task simultaneously (a warning message is displayed when doing so).
Team Management: Added the ability to add and remove teams within the module.
Downtime & Stopping: Added a dedicated Downtime button. The "Complete" action has been removed.
NCR Linking: Users can now link a timekeeping record to an NCR after starting the timer.
Geolocation: Geolocation tracking has been added to timekeeping records.
Validation: Added a warning message if a user attempts to complete more than the outstanding quantity.
New Tracking mode created with general setting: Allows users to track against SM tickets directly if Active and Assigned to them. Each class will have its own module on the app.
This module does not group tickets by due date as with the other timekeeping modules.
Deliveries Module: Added a "View Detail" feature allowing users to click to open an address or place a call.
If a client does not upgrade the additional settings will not be available in the database and hence hidden by default on the mobile app.
Fixed: The Save/Restore Grid functionality was not working on Item Summary > Transactions > Item Links.
Fixed: When an Item with a linked Estimate Costing was added to an Estimate, the Item Notes were not copied from the Estimate Costing.
Fixed: Outstanding module - a ...can't convert null to integer... error was returned if the Transaction No. was blank.
