The Customer Age Analysis (CAA), also known as the Debtors Age Analysis or Debtors Control, is used to manage customer accounts. The module categorises outstanding balances into date ranges. These include Current, 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days, and 120+ Days.

Navigation Example: Main Menu > Accounting > Customer Age Analysis

Navigate to the Customer Age Analysis.
Click View (button) to view all outstanding accounts.
Left-click a record to select it or use Shift / Ctrl + left-click to multi-select records.
Click Output (button) > Email, Print or Preview > Select the Output Template (only necessary if more than one template has been linked).
Display a Customer Age Analysis.
Click Actions (button) > Batch Update and select one of these options:
Status = Select a status from the dropdown list.
Terms = Select terms from the dropdown list.
Credit Limit = Type the new credit limit in the adjacent block.
Billing Method = Select a billing method from the dropdown list.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the update.
ℹ️ A Service Ticket can be created from the Customer Age Analysis to follow up on an account or for an account query.
Only service tickets with the category Accounts are applicable.
Display a Customer Age Analysis.
Right-click an entry.
Select Create/Update Service Ticket.
Note: If an existing Service Ticket is linked to the customer, it is opened. If no ticket exists, a new one is created.
The Reminder Date from the linked Service Ticket can be displayed on the list view of the Customer Age Analysis (the field Remind, is hidden by default. Use the Field Chooser (*) to include it.) If the service ticket is overdue (based on the system date, not the date of the age analysis), the ticket date is displayed in red.
Complete the Service Ticket information and email the Ticket to the customer.
