NB. You need to rebuild the Cost of Sales Reporting module after executing this upgrade.
Plain Text editor - the font size has been increased to 12 points - previously it was using the default font size for the rich text editor.
Suppliers - The Status has been changed from an Active checkbox to a lookup with colour coding, similar to Customers.
Timekeeping - You are no longer able to Approve timekeeping records where the End Date is blank. You can set them to Cancelled, however.
Stock Check - You are no longer able to clear the Count Qty - you can only set it to 0. This improves the sort order from negative > zero > positive.
Transactions - The Landing Cost Actions have been moved to the Actions button.
Inventory > Default View - An action has been added to the context menu to Create Stock Check. This will create a Stock Check for the selected item, dated for yesterday and then open the Stock check module. Useful for fixing incorrect Stock Quantities.
Service manager - The right panel has been changed to have tabs instead of stacking data. Tabs now include:
Transactions - Directly linked to the SM or Customer
Timekeeping - Directly linked to the SM or to Transactions that are linked to the SM.
SM Tickets - SM Tickets that are linked to the SM or to the Customer.
A Start Date field has been added to Transactions, visible in the Production Planning views, hidden by default. The field can be enabled in Transaction Settings > Production Planning > Caption for Start Date - if a caption is assigned, the field is displayed. The Job View Action > Add/Update Planning can be used to update the sort order.
The Job Action > Set Start/Finish from Now has been renamed to Set Start/Finish from Start Date - Previously the current date was used as the start date, now you are able to set the start date.
The action, Set Start/Finish from Start Date, now sets the Due Date = last tasks Finish date.
The action, Set Start/Finish from Due Date, now sets the Start Date = first tasks Start date.
Edit Job View - The Qty and Progress fields have now been hidden by default. A Work Shift column (Linked to the Stage) has been added, hidden by default.
Tech Note: An explicit sort-order field (ORDERID_TRANS) has been added to manage the sorting of Tasks to match the sort-order in the linked Transaction. The Upgrade will update the field on existing Tasks.
Fixed: An error was returned when an output template used the data pipeline: Items_Stockitems. The Out Qty was updated to convert to the selected Unit.
Fixed: Cost Centres - When you updated the hourly rate to Services, the red warning would in some cases persist. (The warning SQL now casts values to 2 decimals when comparing)
Fixed: Inventory - Replenishment - If you created a Replenishment Transaction for part of the required Qty and then made a second Replenishment transaction, the full quantity would be assigned again.
Fixed: Planning - Board - The module caption was sometimes truncated without adding an end ellipsis.
Fixed: Stock checks - If you had a stock quantity larger than 14 characters (likely an erroneous quantity), an error would be returned when viewing Stock Checks.
Fixed: The Due Date is no longer highlighted in Red (to indicate it is behind Req Date) if the Transaction does not use the Req Date.
Fixed: Batch Tracking - If a Batch was received in say 5 boxes, you were not able to issue a greater quantity, say in kg, than the Received Qty.
Fixed: Cost of Sales - The Act Qty was in correct if you Returned material in a different unit compared to how it was issued. e.g. You issue in kg and return in m.
Fixed: Pricing module - When you used Batch Updates on the Inventory View and then changed to another View, the Batch updates for Inventory were still displayed.
Fixed: SM > Projects > Caption renamed from 'Add/Remove Filters' to 'Add/Remove Tags'. The ID column in Tags grid was blank. The redundant Actions to 'Fix Dates' have been removed. Green highlights that indicate Fixed Dates are no longer highlighted when the item is selected.
Settings > Users > Transactions > The delete button has been removed from the grid view in favour of using Actions (button) > Add/Remove Modules.
Blank records are now excluded from the Customers and Suppliers lookups.
The redundant 'Open Transaction View' has been removed from Pricing > Inventory - in favour of using the Item Summary.
Menu items are now deleted when a transaction type is deleted.
