Enhancements

Service Manager > Projects - When you create a Task (Transaction) from a Project, the Project Task is now checked to make sure the Resource is not blank and the Status is not in a Complete or Cancelled group.

Customer Age Analysis - Batch Update functionality has been added for the following fields (The Action > Suspend Overdrawn Accounts has been removed): Status (Customer), Credit Limit, Credit Terms, Billing Method. 

Bank Import - Functionality has been added to import Capitec (.ofx) files. Date format: YYYYMMDD000000, FITID: Not unique, a Fees transaction is added for every transaction that attracts fees. 

Inventory - Default View - The Item Type (MAT, ASM, etc.) has been added to the grid view, hidden by default.

Estimating - Inventory fields (In Stock, On Order, Reserved, Available) have been added to the Input tree view, hidden by default. This makes it easy to iterate a BoM and convert the Materials to Assemblies if they don't have sufficient stock.

Estimating - Add Items (Popup) - A Category filter has been added. The Assembly filter has been renamed to Nest Under and moved next to the Add button - it is used to select an Assembly in the estimate. A Transaction Setting > Estimating > Estimating - Category Filter has been added. The setting on Items > Estimating to filter by Categories has been removed.

Transactions - Add Items (Popup) - A Category filter has been added.

Fixes

Fixed: The application would hang when you Copied a transaction which had a circular link to another transaction e.g. SO links to WO and WO links to SO (Fixed in procedure TRANS_SELECT_TREE - exit after 1,000 loops).

Fixed: The Inventory Ageing report was double counting Batches.

Fixed: If you disabled the Status in a Production Transaction, you were able to update the Transaction if you select View/Edit Production Planning.

Fixed: Service Manager - The Act Hrs from linked Tasks (Transactions) were not summed to the Project View. When you assigned a Task from Projects, a different task (transaction) would in some cases be opened.

Fixed: Transactions - When you Output a template while viewing Materials and Outwork, the materials and outwork items would display on the template instead of the transaction items. 

Fixed: If the Status field on a Production Transaction was disabled, you were still able to change the Status if you opened the Production Planning Edit Job view. Note: The Status is only disabled when the Edit Job view is opened from the Transaction.

Fixed: Item Summary - The Batch Items and Serial No. grid views were not saved when you executed Save Grid.

Fixed: Timekeeping - When you cleared a Service, the link to the Planning Board task was not removed.

Fixed: Items > An error message is now returned when you try to convert an Estimate to an Item Costing if an Item Costing already exists. Previously the Type was not changed from EST to COS when you converted the Estimate to an Item Costing.

Optimization: Updated SQL on the function to add items to a Costing. (Fixed in procedure ITM_AUTOUPDATE_PL - removed IIF from the WHERE clause so that indexes are applied).

The largely unused Periodic module has been deprecated.

The Sales Trends and Budget Charts have been deprecated.
