The Default View provides a snapshot of items in stock. If a date is selected, additional columns are added showing the stock movements.

View: Generates a summary Inventory Report based on the selected filters.
Actions
Batch Update: Changes all the selected transactions when Update (button) is clicked.
Status (Location): Checkbox to change the Status of the Location to active or inactive (checkmark = active).
Bin No.: Changes the Bin Number to the one typed in the adjacent block.
Min Qty: Changes the minimum quantity to the one typed in the adjacent block.
Reorder: Changes the reorder quantity to the one typed in the adjacent block.
Rebuild multi-selected Items: Rebuilds the inventory transactions for the selected items.
Output: Available on request.
Date: Users can select a date option from the dropdown list. Depending on the chosen option, Start and End Dates for the report can be set in the provided blocks.
⬅ ➡ : Adjusts the date field in the direction of the arrow.
Customer: A dropdown list of customers allowing users to view All or a specific Customer.
Category: A dropdown list of categories allowing users to view All or a specific Category.
Location: A dropdown list of locations allowing users to view All or a specific Location. The Location Filter only displays locations linked to the user's Entity. If the user is not linked to an entity, all the locations are available.
Hide blanks: A checkbox. If checked suppresses records with no values.
Active: A checkbox. If checked only displays Active Inventory Items.
Exceptions: A checkbox. If checked only displays Inventory Items that are exceptions (e.g. negative stock quantities).
ℹ️ These fields only apply if a specific date was selected.
Field Chooser (*): Allows users to add or remove columns.
Detail: Opens a section which displays the transaction status and details such as description, supplier, and location.
Opening: Provides the opening balance as the start of the selected period.
Movement: Provides the inventory movements based on transactions during the selected period.
Closing: Provides the closing balances at the end of the selected period.
Field Chooser (*): Allows users to add or remove columns.
ID: A system-generated number for the inventory item.
Customer: The name of the Customer that is linked to the inventory item.
Subcategory: The inventory item's Subcategory.
Status (Location): The Status of the Location.
Status (Item): The Status of the Inventory Item.
Category: The inventory item's Category.
Description: The inventory item's description.
Code: The inventory item's Code.
Supplier: The name of the Supplier that appears in the inventory Item's Costing & Pricing (tab). If there is more than one supplier, the supplier at the bottom of the list (with the highest unit cost) is displayed.
Location: The Location of the inventory item.
Unit: An abbreviation describing the item's Unit.
Date: The date on which the item was first created as an inventory item (inventory checkbox checked and a location added on the Inventory tab).
Min Qty: The Minimum Quantity that was filled in on the inventory item's Inventory (tab). The number is highlighted if the current quantity of stock is less than the minimum quantity that should be in stock.
Reorder: The Reorder Quantity that was filled in on the inventory item's Inventory (tab).
Bin No: The inventory item's Bin Number.
Unit Price: The Unit Price of the inventory item.
Value: The value of the inventory on hand (unit price x quantity). If the value is negative (due to negative quantity in stock) the value is shown in red.
Type: The type of item (e.g. MAT or ASM).
Qty (Opening): The quantity on hand at the start date.
Unit Price (Opening): The Unit Price of the inventory item.
Value (Opening): The value of the stock on the opening date (opening qty x unit price).
ℹ️ Negative movements are shown in red.
Received: The quantity received during the selected period.
Issued: The quantity issued during the selected period.
Adjusted: The quantity adjusted during the selected period (e.g. by performing stock checks).
Total: The total quantity of stock movements during the selected period.
Value: The value of the inventory on hand (unit price x quantity).
Qty (Closing): The quantity on hand at the end date.
Unit Price: The unit price of the inventory item.
Value (Closing): The value of the closing inventory (unit price x qty).
Value (Issued): The value of stock issued during the selected period.
Value (Adjusted): The value of stock adjustments during the selected period (unit price x adjusted)
Unit Price %: The percentage change between the Opening and Closing Unit Prices. If the unit price decreased, the percentage change is negative and shown in red.
ℹ️ When No Date is selected, the opening and closing balances and movements are not displayed.
Negative quantities or values are displayed in red.
ID: A system-generated number for the inventory item.
Customer: The name of the Customer that is linked to the inventory item.
Category: The inventory item's Category.
Subcategory: The inventory item's Subcategory.
Status (Location): The Status of the Location.
Status (Item): The Status of the Inventory Item.
Description: The inventory item's description.
Code: The inventory item's Code.
Supplier: The name of the Supplier that appears in the inventory Item's Costing & Pricing (tab). If there is more than one supplier, the supplier at the bottom of the list (with the highest unit cost) is displayed.

ℹ️ Click the last row or right-click any entry. This menu is named Actions on the Field Chooser (*).
Create Stock Check: Creates a stock check record with a Pending status.
Open Stock Checks: Opens any stock check transactions created for that item.
Open Item: Opens the item's setup page.
View Item Summary: Displays a summary of the item's activity.
View Serial Numbers: Opens a display showing the item's Serial Numbers.
