Production Planning assists organisations in managing all their production tasks. The Dashboard displays a visual representation of the current and upcoming jobs.
The jobs are grouped by the different stages or departments. A legend is displayed in the top left corner.

The Dashboard consists of four parts:
Capacity representation:
Graph at the top left which is grouped and displays the available time for that group in green, and the scheduled time in red.
Includes a clickable legend to only show Available or Loading (scheduled jobs).
Loading representation (scheduled jobs):
Graph at the bottom right which shows all the scheduled jobs by status.
Each stage is represented by a column.
Includes a clickable legend to only show certain statuses.
A list of stages:
Lists the stages, shifts, resources, and active jobs.
The number of resources can be changed.
Shifts can be added or removed.
A list of staff (staff who are operators):
Lists the operators, the stages they are allocated to, their shifts, and active jobs.
The shifts can be changed.
Navigate to the Dashboard.
Click View (button).
To change a single stage's resource:
Click Edit (button).
Overtype the number in the Resources column.
Click Save (button).
To change multiple stages:
Click Actions (button) > Batch Update.
Hold down Ctrl key and click the entries to change.
Select Resources from the dropdown list next to Update.
Type the number of resources in the adjacent block.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the change on the popup.
Shifts can be changed for the Stages and Staff in the same way.
Navigate to the Dashboard.
Click View (button).
To change a single stage:
Click Edit (button).
Select a shift from the dropdown list in the Shifts column for Stages or the Shift column for Staff.
Click Save (button).
To change multiple stages:
Click Actions (button) > Batch Update.
Hold down Ctrl key and click the entries to change.
Staff:
Select Shift from the dropdown list next to Update.
Select a shift from the dropdown list of shifts.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the change on the popup.
Stages:
Select Shift from the dropdown list next to Update.
Select a shift from the dropdown list of shifts.
Click Add (button) to add the shift to the stage or click Remove (button) to remove that shift from the stage.
Confirm the change on the popup.
