Production Planning assists organisations in managing all their production tasks. The Dashboard displays a visual representation of the current and upcoming jobs.
The jobs are grouped by the different stages or departments. A legend is displayed in the top left corner.
These tutorials explain how to use the Dashboard.

ℹ️ The Dashboard is a visual representation of all the jobs. The Stages are displayed on the left, and a graph is displayed on the right.
Navigate to the Dashboard.
At the bottom is a list of stages with a column group for each stage. This list of stages is unique to your organisation.
Each column group has a column for the status. The legend for these statuses is displayed on the left. An example of the legend is:
New
Planned
Ready
Busy
Part Complete
Check or uncheck the checkboxes on the legend to exclude or include certain statuses.
Navigate to the Dashboard.
To change a single stage:
Click Edit (button).
Overtype the number in the Team column.
Click Save (button).
To change multiple stages:
Hold down Ctrl key and click the entries to change.
Select Team from the dropdown list next to Update.
Type the number of team members in the adjacent block.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the change on the popup.
Navigate to the Dashboard.
To change a single stage:
Click Edit (button).
Select a shift from the dropdown list in the Shift column.
Click Save (button).
To change multiple stages:
Hold down Ctrl key and click the entries to change.
Select Shift from the dropdown list next to Update.
Select a shift from the dropdown list of work shifts.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the change on the popup.
When viewing the Dashboard, click Refresh (button) to incorporate any changes that may have happened in the background since the Dashboard was opened.
