Users are able to view Inventory and update the Stock Quantity in the mobile app. This feature is to facilitate stock taking or to check what stock is available.

QR Codes can be generated by BOS Enterprise and printed (e.g. on label paper). The labels can be stuck to the items or to the shelves. Once scanned the item is automatically selected.
Items (radio button): Opens the camera to scan an item's QR code if permission to use the camera is granted.
Batches (radio button): Opens the camera to scan a batch's QR code if permission to use the camera is granted.
Search: Allows users to search for an item using text input. If clicked, a search field is opened and all the items that meet the search criteria are displayed below it, starting with their Codes and then their Descriptions. From the list, users select an item by clicking or tapping it.

Back: Returns to the Item Selection Screen.
Description: The item's description.
Code: The item's code.
Category - Subcategory: Displays the item's category and subcategory.
The Sell Price is listed for each Currency and for each Unit that is setup in BOS Enterprise's Items module under Item > Costing & Pricing (tab).
Both the VAT Exclusive and VAT Inclusive prices are shown in their respective columns.
Price list prices are also displayed below the name of the price list.
Top Bar: Displays the item's Base Unit next to the word Inventory.
Location: Displays the item's location. This field can be left clicked or tapped to sort the locations.
On Order / Reserved: Displays the quantity that has been ordered but not yet received.
Reserved (below on Order): Displays the quantity that has been reserved for orders.
In Stock: Displays the quantity that is currently in stock at that location.
Available (below In Stock): Displays the quantity that is available (In stock less Reserved).
Context Menu: Context menu options are only displayed if the user has the necessary access rights.
Tap or left click the listed Location (e.g. Warehouse) and select an option from this list:
Update Stock: Opens a form where the counted quantity can be input.
Cancel (button): Cancels the update.
Submit (button):
Submits the update.
In BOS Enterprise (desktop), a Stock Check record is created to enter the quantity and marked Complete. This transaction is dated yesterday, and not today.
If a quantity is edited at a specific location, it has no impact on the quantities at other locations.
