Production Planning assists organisations in managing all their production tasks. The Tasks View displays all the main tasks that are in the pipeline and shows the percentage complete, times, and durations.
These tutorials explain how to view and edit Tasks and display additional information.

Navigate to Production Planning > Menu (button) > Tasks (as an example).
Adjust the filters as required.
Click View (button).
Display a list of tasks.
Select the entries you want to change. Use Ctrl left click to select multiple entries.
Click Actions (button) > Batch Update.
Select Start Date next to Update.
Select a Date and Time from the adjacent blocks.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the change on the popup.

Click Actions (button) > Batch Update.
Select Finish Date next to Update.
Select a Date and Time from the adjacent blocks.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the change on the popup.

Click Actions (button) > Batch Update.
Select Status next to Update.
Click one of the Status buttons.
Click Update (button).

Select Stage next to Update.
Select a Stage from the dropdown list.
Click Update (button).
Confirm the change on the popup.
ℹ️ This action updates the Task's Description if they are set using SQL.

Select the Tasks you want to Update.
Click Actions (button) > Update Description.
Confirm the action on the popup.

Select the Tasks you want to link.
Click Actions (button) > Link Timekeeping.
Confirm the action on the popup.

Right click a task and select View / Edit Note from the context menu.
A note editor will open. If a note exists, it will be displayed, otherwise, the interface will be blank, and you can type a note.
Navigate to Tasks.
Select a Date Option next to Set (other than No Date).
Click the Radio Button next to Job Due.
Click View (button).
Navigate to Tasks.
Select a Date Option next to Set (other than No Date).
Click the Radio Button next to Job Req.
Click View (button).
ℹ️ The Active Radio Button that works with the Date option considers a task to be active only if there is a timekeeping record.
Navigate to Tasks.
Select a Date Option next to Set.
Click the Radio Button next to Active.
Check the Active (status) checkbox.
Uncheck the Complete (status) checkbox.
Click View (button).
Navigate to Tasks.
Select a Date next to Set.
Check one of the checkboxes next to Active or Complete.
Click View (button).
Navigate to Tasks.
Select a Date next to Set.
Click one of the four Radio Buttons next to the date fields (optional).
Click the block next to Stage and select the Stage you want to view.
Click View (button).
Display a list of tasks.
Right-click an entry and select View / Edit Job from the context menu.
You will be switched to the View/Edit Job interface. This view lists all the stages the job must go through, along with the expected times, quantities, and progress.

Right-click an entry and select View on Board from the context menu.
You are switched to Board View, and the Job/Task you were on is highlighted in black.

Right-click an entry and select View Timekeeping from the context menu.
You are switched to Timekeeping View with a filter applied that only shows materials for the Job/Task you clicked.
Note: The Timekeeping View show the Duration and Quantities completed (depending on certain settings).

Right-click an entry and select Open Cost of Sales from the context menu.
You are switched to Cost of Sales with a filter applied that only shows materials for the Job/Task you clicked on.
Note: The columns Variance and Var % show any variances.

Right-click an entry and select Open Transaction from the context menu. The source transaction (e.g. Work Order) is opened.
