Navigate to Pricing (e.g. Main Menu > Items > Pricing).
Click Menu (button) > Service Prices.
Category = Select a Category from the dropdown list or select all.
Cost Centre = Select a Cost Centre from the dropdown list or select all.
Active = Check the checkbox to only show active prices.
Click View (button).
Display a list of Service Prices.
Select the service prices you want to change. (Use Ctrl C and left-click to multi-select.)
Click Action (button) > Batch Updates.
Select an option from the dropdown list next to Update and fill in the details as required:
Cost Centre: Select a new Cost Centre from the dropdown lists of cost centres.
Setup Hrs: Type in the number of Hours in the provided block.
Speed:
Type in the number of items that can be completed in the first block.
Type in the time it takes to complete the number of items in Hrs (e.g. 30 minutes = 0.5 hours).
Status: Click the Active checkbox. If checked the Status is changed to Active. If unchecked the Status is changed to Inactive.
Click Update (button).
Display a list of Service Prices.
Select the prices you want to update (Use Ctrl C and left-click to multi-select.)
Click Actions (button) > Update Prices from Cost Centre.
Confirm the update on the popup.
