The Tracker app can be used to manage and assist service agents. For example, agents can take photographs to assess damage or to confirm that work has been properly completed.
Lists the Active Transactions that have been assigned to the user.
Transactions are displayed in two rows.
The top row displays the Transaction Code, Transaction Number, Customer, and Reference.
The bottom row displays the Customer's Street Address.
Logout: Returns the user to the login screen.
Start / Stop: Starts and Stops timekeeping for the selected job.
Note: Allows users to enter a note for the selected job. Only applicable if the job has been started.
Images: Allows users to upload images (depends on the Transaction Type's setting under Options & Defaults). A Camera interface is opened for users to capture the image.
Done: Clicked when the job is complete.
Part: Clicked when the job is partially complete but is being stopped. Requires a Part Complete Status to be set for the applicable transaction Type.
Refresh: Uploads and downloads data to and from the server.
Back: Returns to the Tile menu screen.
