The Supplier Age Analysis (SAA), also known as Creditors Age Analysis or Creditors Control, is used to monitor and manage payables by categorising outstanding balances based on ageing. This module categorises balances into defined date ranges, including Current, 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days, and 120+ Days, to help identify overdue balances and prioritize payments. This guide provides steps to output Supplier Statements.
Navigation Example: Main Menu > Accounting > Supplier Age Analysis
Navigate to the Supplier Age Analysis.
Select a date and check any of the filter checkboxes.
Click View (button).
Display a Supplier Age Analysis.
Select the applicable entries. Use Ctrl + left click to randomly select entries or Shift + left click to select a block of entries.
Click Output (button) > and select one of the options.
Display a Supplier Age Analysis.
Right-click any entry to display a context menu and click one of the options:
Open Supplier: Opens the supplier's account.
View Supplier Summary: Displays a summary of the supplier's record and activity.
View Detailed Ledger: Opens the supplier's ledger account.
