Service Manager tickets can be managed from the mobile app, however, they must first be created in the desktop app.
When the applicable tile menu button is clicked, tickets that have an active status and is assigned to the user accessing the mobile app are displayed.

Login to the Mobile App.
Tap the tile button that displays the code or description of the applicable Service Manager class.
A list of Active tickets that are assigned to you are displayed.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap Add Image on the context menu.
Grant permission to use your camera if prompted.
Capture the image with your camera.
Type a name for the image on the popup.
Click Save (button).
Note: Click Cancel (button) to discard the image.
ℹ️ These notes are the responses that would normally be added to a service ticket and may includes fields to change the status and to assign the ticket to a different user.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap Add Note on the context menu.
Complete these details on the popup form:
Select a Reference from the dropdown list.
Assign the ticket to someone else if applicable.
Change the ticket's status if applicable.
Type the note in the block provided.
Click Save (button).
ℹ️ This feature relies on your device having a map (e.g. Google Maps) installed.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap Navigate on the context menu.
If permission is granted, your default navigation app (e.g. Google Maps) will open with your Location as the start, and the Customer's Address as the destination prefilled.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap View Detail on the context menu.
On the popup, tap the applicable tabs (e.g. Travel, Detail, Notes) to view the ticket information.
Tap Close (button) when done.
Login to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap Start Work on the context menu.
On the interface that opens fill in the fields as follows:
Reference = Select a Reference from the dropdown list (if not prefilled).
Note = Type a Note (optional).
Click Start (button).
Note: The Timekeeping record starts when you click Start Work. Clicking Start (button) saves your edits and closes the form.
Close the Mobile App (optional).
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap Start Travel on the context menu.
On the interface that opens fill in the fields as follows:
Reference = Select a Reference from the dropdown list (if not prefilled).
Odometer Start = Tap the block and type your start odometer reading.
Note = Type a note (optional).
Click Start (button).
Note: The Timekeeping record starts when you click Start Travel. Clicking Start (button) saves your edits and closes the form.
Close the Mobile App (optional) or use the Navigate feature (see above).
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap Stop Work on the context menu.
On the interface that opens:
Type a Note in the block provided if applicable.
Tap Stop (button) to stop the timekeeping.
Close the Mobile App (optional).
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap the applicable tile button for the Service Manager class.
Tap the applicable ticket on the list.
Tap Stop Travel on the context menu.
On the interface that opens:
Odometer Stop = Type your closing odometer reading in the Odometer Stop field and press Tab on your keyboard or tap another field on your mobile device.
Note: The distance in kilometres is calculated automatically. You can also type the distance in the Km block to automatically calculate the Odometer Stop reading.
Note = Type a Note in the block provided or add to the existing note.
Tap Stop (button).
Close the Mobile App (optional).
