The Tracker or Mobile app can be used to obtain digitally signed Delivery Notes which update the Transaction status in real-time.
A transaction setting (Mobile/Tracker > Module: Deliveries) determines which transactions are displayed.

Navigation: BOS Mobile App > Login > Deliveries (tile button)

Login to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap Deliver on the context menu.
Ask the recipient to enter their name and to sign on the space provided using their finger or a stylus.
Click Save (button).
ℹ️ This process is only necessary if an order was delivered but there was nobody to sign for it.
Login to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap Set to Complete on the context menu.
Confirm that you want to mark the delivery complete.
ℹ️ An image can be added before you tap Deliver or Set to Complete because both those actions remove the delivery note from your device.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap Add Image on the context menu.
Grant permission to use your camera if prompted.
Capture the image with your camera.
Type a name for the image on the popup.
Click Save (button).
Note: Click Cancel (button) to discard the image.
ℹ️ A note can be added before you tap Deliver or Set to Complete because both those actions remove the delivery note from your device.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap Add Note on the context menu.
Type a name for the note.
Type the note in the block provided.
Click Save (button).
ℹ️ This feature relies on your device having a map (e.g. Google Maps) installed.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap Navigate on the context menu.
Your default navigation app (e.g. Google Maps) will open with your Location (if permission was granted) as the start, and the Customer's Address as the destination prefilled.
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap View Detail on the context menu.
Tap any phone number to phone the customer or tap the delivery address to navigate to that address (see above).
Log in to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap View Detail on the context menu.
Tap the Items tab.
A list of items are displayed.
ℹ️ If you tapped Deliver (i.e. got to Step 4) but it was the wrong transaction, you can use this procedure to cancel the delivery and return to the list of delivery notes.
Login to the Mobile App.
Tap Deliveries (tile button).
Tap the applicable delivery note on the list.
Tap Deliver on the context menu.
Tap Cancel (button) on the popup form.
