Transactions - Batch Receive - Functionality has been added to copy a Batch.
Transactions - Batch Issue - A General Setting>Items & Inventory>Enable Batch Issue function (Add Qty x No. of new Batches) (Default = No) has been added. This setting enables the utility to issue multiple new batches from existing batches - e.g. when working with steel billets.
Transactions > Estimating > The following Menu items have been renamed (Dropdown menu from View button above Items grid):
Estimated Materials & Outwork > Materials and Outwork
Estimate Costs > Estimate Costs (All Items)
Transactions - List View - An NCR No. column has been added, hidden by default.
Linked Transactions - the Trans and No. columns have been restored, hidden by default.
Items > Costing - You can now add Items from the Popup dialog using a double-click.
Transactions > Data Filter - The following Date options have been added:
Transaction (Default) - Transaction Date
Due Date - Caption updated by Setting (Hidden if no setting)
Req Date - Caption updated by Setting (Hidden if no setting)
Updated - Date the Transaction was last updated.
The Customer Warning message is now also displayed in the Service Manager.
Multiple Transactions can now be linked to the Profit/Loss Settings linked to a Class.
The Profit/Loss functionality has been updated to work off Transaction Item links (Previously it worked off Transaction Header links).
An SM No. column has been added to Transaction Items, hidden by default, in the Transaction and Ledger modules. The SM No. lookup list all SM's linked to a Class that has the Profit/Loss functionality enabled, excluding Cancelled SMs.
When an Item is added to a Transaction, the Item SM No. is copied from the Header SM No. When a Transaction Item is copied, however, the SM No. is not copied.
Batch Update functionality for SM No. is available on the Transaction Edit View and the Transaction Items View.
Stages - An NCR No field has been added to the template that generates the Task description.
Options in the Stage Setting Set to Ready have been renamed from 'Comp' to Complete' and 'P/Comp' to 'Part Complete'.
A Start Date filter has been added to the Job View and the Material View. Batch Update has been added.
Actions to Set Due Date / Required Date have been moved to Batch Updates.
The Action Reset Planning Board has been removed. (It updated Due Dates which was undesirable)
The following columns have been added: Category (Trans), Transaction Item Group, Transaction Item Subgroup.
When you execute the Actions Set Tasks to Planned / Set Task to Planned (First to Ready), the Add/Update Planning action is executed if the Tasks are empty. (Previously an error was returned)
Hints have been added to the Active/Complete filters.
Timekeeping - The Workstation lookup now uses the format Workstation_Description (Workstation_Code) - Previously the Cost Centre Code was displayed in brackets.
Stages - Empty Stages are no longer listed in the Stages lookup.
Deliveries - Functionality to do Part Deliveries has been deprecated. The Part Complete button has therefore also been removed. (The expectation is that the Delivery Transaction is checked against the Goods when the vehicle is loaded)
Fixed: Cost of Sales - The Status lookup was not ordered alphabetically. The ColorID column is no longer available for customisation.
Fixed: Transactions - You were able to delete an Item Status even if it was in use.
Fixed: The link to open the Mobile App in the Approval Notification was not updated for Ver 25.
Fixed: When a Currency RoE was updated, Item Cost Prices linked to the Currency were not updated if the Cost Price was derived from a Local Currency Costing.
Fixed: When you drilled down to a Transaction, The View = Own (Rep) setting was not correctly applied.
Fixed: SM > Projects - When you multi-selected Tasks and then selected a column to Batch Update, the selection was cleared.
Fixed: Production Planning - The Actions, Routing, etc. have been updated to work on Transaction Items (i.e. to support adding multiple items to a Work Order)
Blank User Settings are now deleted by the Upgrade Script.
The procedure SELECT_ATTACHMENTS has been modified to open Images per Transaction Item on linked Transaction Items (For use in Desktop Web App).
