Tracker > Planning Board Mode - Added functionality to view Notes in the Tasks and Active Queue (First 2 lines only) (Click the Notes button on/off in the right buttons panel)
Change Log - When the Change Log is opened from the Main Menu or List View of a Module, it is now filtered to Today.
Inventory - Both the Rebuild options (All and selected) have been added to the Actions button menu.
The following settings for the Mobile App have been updated:
Added: User Setting > Show Prices in Inventory module
Removed: setting for default Search option (Scan or Search)
The Action > Update from Costing now also checks for a linked Estimate Costing. (Previously only Item Costings were supported).
An Action > Delete Assembly & move Child Items to Parent Assembly has been added to the Input Grid View. This can be used to remove unnecessary Assemblies which makes scheduling difficult (e.g. an Assembly for Services nested in another Assembly). Note: A stored procedure has been added to remove all the Assemblies for an Item in a Transaction Type from the back end - e.g. all the Service Assemblies in the Costing Module - EST_DELETE_ASSEMBLY_ALL
The Action > Update Transaction > Reset Transaction Flow now also clears the From Transaction.
When a Customer Transaction is copied to a Supplier Transaction, it is now mandatory to select a Supplier on the Copy Dialog. (This assists with the correct assignation of VAT on the Supplier Transaction) A Supplier column has also been added to the Items grid view on the Copy Dialog, hidden by default - useful where a Supplier is assigned in a Sales Transaction.
The following Transaction settings have been added:
Convert Items to Estimates - Items that are copied from another Transaction will automatically be converted to Estimates - if Estimates are enabled for the Transaction.
Transaction Items > Caption for Group
Transaction Items > Caption for Subgroup
Default: Use Address linked to Contact - If an address is not linked to the Contact, the default Delivery Address is assigned.
Dashboard - A Stages grid view has been added for easy editing of the Team and the Shifts.
Work Shift has been renamed to Shift.
The following User Settings have been added:
Production Planning > Enable Views - Select the enabled Views (Default = All views)
Production Planning > Default View - Select a Default view from the dropdown. (Default = Dashboard)
The SQL for the Materials view was updated to improve performance. The Last PO No./Last GI No. is no longer prefixed with the Trans Type code - only the number is displayed). The Trans No now also includes the Item No.
Fixed: Spelling error 'E-mails' > 'Emails' on Transaction > Summaries menu item.
Fixed: Transactions > List view - The Colour column has been removed from Customisation.
Fixed: Depreciation - The Monthly Calculation has been changed to (Starting Value - Residual Value) / Periods. (Previously it was (Starting Value / Periods) and Residual Value was deducted from the last month.
Fixed: Production Planning - The setting to Set next item in Assembly to Ready was not working correctly. This function no longer sets the Status if the next Task is on a higher status than the ready status.
Fixed: Production Planning - The Rep field was displayed on the Board View, even if the Rep field was not enabled on the Transaction.
Fixed: Production Planning - Gantt View - The Trans No was not displayed in the Stages View. Actions have been removed from this view - it's a read-only view now.
Fixed: Production Planning > Dashboard - The Team Size was not considered when the Chart was calculated.
Fixed: Custom Reports > Output Menu > 'E-mail' renamed to 'Email'.
Fixed: The Book Value on Assets was set to 0 if the Asset had not been depreciated - now the Book Value = Starting Value.
Fixed: Responses - the Note on Responses was not copied to a Service Ticket.
