Enhancements

Stock Check - An editable Note field has been added to the grid view, hidden by default.

Inventory - Default View - The following column has been added: Value - Received hidden by default. (Calculated: Movement > Received x Closing > Unit Price).

Transactions - Batch Issue - Functionality has been added to update the quantity of an Issued Batch - right-click > Edit Qty.

Pricing Module - A Status (Item) column has been added to all the views, hidden by default. (Inventory, Selling, Service, Supplier Prices)

Fixes

Fixed: Transactions > Batch Issue - The first Batch Qty was sometimes cleared when another batch was added.

Fixed: Financial Statements > Trial Balance: When the filter 'Transaction' was selected, the Filter (IS/BS) was not working. 

Fixed: An error was returned when very long account names were used. Modules fixed: Detailed Ledger, VAT Recon, Trial Balance.

Fixed: Items - you were able to add a Costing to a Material Type Item. Costing tab is now only available on Assembly (ASM) Types. If an Assembly Type has a linked Estimate Costing or a Direct Costing, the Type can no longer be changed.

Fixed: Stock Check - When adding Batch Track Items, all the Batches are now added regardless of the Stock Check Setting on Item Units.

Fixed: NCR - The Visible Sections were ordered differently on the Category setup and the NCR Transaction, causing Root Cause and Correction to be switched.

Fixed: Production Planning > Task View - The Routing was displaying tasks for all the Items on the Transaction (Previously fixed in Job View only). Jobs View - The Tasks % was calculated for all the Items on a Transaction. The Action > Add/Update Planning was in some cases skipping over some of the multi-selected records.

Fixed: A Stock Check warning was displayed on Complete Transactions. (The warning should only show for Active/Pending Transactions).

Fixed: Tracker - When NCR Pending was selected, it did not show on the Timekeeping module (Script fix).

Mobile App > User Settings:

• 'Timekeeping Mode' has been extended with an option for 'Production'.

• 'Show Prices in Inventory module' has been changed to 'Hide Prices in Inventory module - Y/N - Default = No.
