Email - A Position column has been added to the Email Address lookup grid view.

A General Setting > Accounting > Enable override on Trial Errors has been added. Default = No. (Reminder: You are able to view the Trial Error overrides in the ledger transaction view).
MRP Module - an Item Type (Material, Assembly, etc.) column has been added to the Required Materials grid view. The layout of the Date filter has been updated too.
Attachments - A default Type (Link) is now assigned to a new Attachment. (Previously the field was blank by default).
Custom Reports - A setting to Auto Refresh (min) has been added to Reports. The report will automatically refresh in intervals of x minutes if the setting is greater than 0. Note: The Report will only refresh if it is visible.
The Staff Edit form has been updated by adding the payroll fields into a separate tab, making more space for other columns.
The Organigram Code filed has been changed from 10 characters to 50 characters. All the Department lookups now display the Code - Transaction, Ledger, SM, etc.
The Expand/Collapse functions have been moved from the popup menu to buttons above the tree view.
A transaction Reference column has been added to the Transaction lookup form. Save/Restore Grid functionality has also been added to the lookup.
A Transaction Setting > NCR > Transaction used for 'Supplier Returns - Rework' has been added. (Previously you were unable to select a remake transaction).
When an NCR is emailed, the address of the Assign to user is now inserted in the TO field by default.
Role Settings have been removed in favour of using General, Transaction and User settings. (In the SME sector, you don't have many common staff roles in a business which makes the Roles model difficult to work with.)
Transaction User Access has been moved to a separate model (See below).
A number of Tracker>Timekeeping Settings have been moved to General Settings (See below).
The following Role Settings were moved from Role to Transaction Settings:

Note: These settings were upgraded from the first Role and might need to be updated if different settings were used across roles.

Price History - Filters have been added to separate the different Price Types - Supplier Prices, Cost Prices, etc. The VAT (exc/inc) field is now showing exc when no vat is applicable.
The Inventory setting has been changed from a checkbox (Y/N) to the following selection. (Batch Update also updated):

Fixed Locations - you are only able to use locations that have been linked to an Item.
All Locations - you can select any location for the item - the location will be added if it is not linked to the Item. (How it worked before)
Category Settings have been added to show/hide: Make & Model, Reference, Entities, Tracking, Customers and Suppliers. Right-click on a Category and select 'Enable fields'. (The Customer/Supplier setting was moved from the Link to setting)
Functions to Add Inventory Locations from the Customer and Supplier module have been removed.
Inventory Location Groups have been deprecated.
Stock Checks - The last Stock Check date has been added to the grid view used to select items for a new Stock Check. This makes it easy to select items with the oldest Stock Check if you are doing daily stock checks.
The navigation icons (Show Tile Menu, Move Left, Move Right, Show/Hide Right Panel) have been moved to the Main Menu and to the Home Menu. The breadcrumbs have been moved to a Recent button that can be added to the Main Menu. The breadcrumbs bar (under the Main Menu) has been removed.
The Recent button lists all the recently opened modules - last to top of list.
Menus are now setup as Groups and Templates.
Menu Groups - contain an ordered list of Menu Items including Fixed (Modules), Transactions, Reports, Trackers, Workflows & Actions. Drag-and-drop can be used to move Items up and down.
Menu Templates - Contain an ordered list of Menu Groups. Right-click on a Menu Template and select View/Edit Users to assign/remove Users to the selected Template - only required if users do not use the default template. The Default Menu Template will be assigned if a User has not been linked to a Menu Template.
Fixed Groups and Items are automatically added, they include Home (First in Main Menu) and Help, Refresh and Recent (Last in Main Menu). Drag-and-drop can be used to move Groups up and down.
Multiple Menu Templates can be created and linked to Users in User Settings > System > Menu Template.
Transaction Setup - The Accounting fields have been moved from Setup > Accounting to Setup > Transactions > Accounting (VAT Category, Dr Type, Cr Type, Dr Account, Cr Account). The Transactions tab has, therefore, been removed from the Accounting Setups form.
The Transaction Items menu item Open Item has been renamed to Open Estimate. This menu is now hidden when a transaction item is not an Estimates. (Previously it was disabled).
Estimating - The Action > Revert to default Adjustments function now also updates the Adjustments for Materials, Services and Outwork when using Estimate Types.
Transaction - an In Stock field has been added to the Items grid view, hidden by default. The qty in stock is displayed in the same unit as the one used in the transaction item. If the In Stock qty is less than the item Qty, the In Stock field is highlighted in red. This field is only updated when the item is linked to an inventory location.
Transaction User Access has been moved from Role Settings to a User Access Model. The User Access dialog can be opened from the Transaction Setup module and can also be viewed in the User Settings module. The fields to determine a User's Access are as follows:
View
None - No access allowed - can't open the module.
All - Has access to view All Transactions
Admin - Has access to view All Transactions (Admin Rights are described below)
Own (Rep) - Has access to transactions where user is assigned as the Rep. (Rep filter is locked to the User.) Note: If the User is not flagged as a Rep, Access to the module will be denied)
New - Y/N - When New is Yes, Edit is also set to Yes.
Edit - Y/N
Delete - Y/N
Est (Form only) - User is only able to view the input form on an Estimate - only applies to Estimate Types which have an input form.
Status (Up only) - Users are not allowed to change the Status to a lower Status. (This setting won't apply to an admin user)
Admin Rights - Enables users to change the Status (to any other Status) on read-only transactions.
When a Transaction is copied - the User must have View and Edit rights to the target Transaction. (New rights not required).
If View = None then New, Edit and Delete are set to No.
The New and Delete buttons are visible even when you don't have rights to use them. When the buttons are clicked an error message is returned, however. (Previously the buttons were hidden)
The Transaction Types that you don't have access to are still hidden in the Ledger in the same way as before.
Transaction user access has been added to the list of settings that can be copied across users.
When a Transaction Type is copied, the linked User Access is now also copied.
The Status Board no longer displays Completed SMs. Projected Board and Status Board now display Pending and Active SMs only.
When a Transaction Status change triggers an update to the linked SM, the SM Status is only updated if the new Status is above the current Status.
See Menu (button) > Reports > Customer Heat Map. This Report is used to measure Activity and Performance by Customer to prevent Customers from quietly disappearing: (Note: This is a substantial report selecting data from many different tables and may, therefore, take several minutes to execute on a large database)
All the Prospects and Customers who have a Sales Activity, Quote, Order or Invoice linked to them over the last 12 months.
The Category, Region and Rep fields are from the linked Customer.
Sparkline Charts are used to indicate the 12-month trend in Activity, Quotations, Orders and Invoiced (Less Credit Notes). The charts run from oldest (left) to latest (right).
Totals are provided for Activity, Quotes, Orders and Invoiced - can be used to sort customers from Highest to Lowest.
12x Date Columns are provided to view Activity / month over last 12 months (hidden by default)
You can right-click a customer and drilldown to View Customer Summary.
Settings for this Report (If a setting is blank, the transaction is hidden from the report):

Project Templates can now be added from a Popup form - see Actions (button) > Add Project Templates.
Components - an Action > Order by Group and Description has been added
Projects can now be scheduled at Milestone, Group or Task level.
Scheduling is done in Days, and the Days can therefore only be set at the scheduling level.
The Level should ideally be set before adding Items to a Project - when a template is added to a Project, the days on the levels that are not used for scheduling will be cleared.
The Level can be updated by clicking the Scheduling (button) > Change the Scheduling Level - A confirmation message will confirm that the days that are not on the new Level will be cleared.
The column Fix Dates has been removed in favour of using the Fix Dates default on the Status. Start and End Dates are displayed in green if they are fixed. Fixed means the Scheduling actions won't update them; you can still edit them manually.
The Days can be set at any level on a Project Template to make it usable on any Scheduling Level.
A Scheduling bar has been added under the Filter bar. Components include:
Start - Date the Project will Start / Restart.
Due - Date the Project needs to be completed.
Level - The level at which the Project is scheduled: Milestones, Groups or Tasks.

The General Setting > Service Manager > Projects - Ignore Weekends and Public Holidays has been removed in favour of adding multiple scheduling actions to a Project.

These Scheduling Actions can also be applied to a Milestone - if you are scheduling Groups or Tasks. (Pending Functionality)
A Type field has been added with the following options:
Unlinked - You're able to select a Transaction
Transaction - You're able to select a Transaction, Transaction Item from the selected Transaction and a Service (If the selected Item is an Estimate)
Project - You're able to select a Project and a Task in the selected Project.
Service Manager - You can select from all Service Tickets that don't have linked Projects.
Clocking - Used to enable basic time and Attendance functionality.
A Type filter has been added to the List View > Data Filter.
The Edit Form has been updated to show only the relevant fields based on the Type selection.

The Pause button (on the login screen) has been renamed to Manage. Functionality has been added to filter on Active, Paused or Clocked records with Actions to Pause, Stop or Clock Out multi-selected records.
Functionality has been added to Clock In / Clock Out from the Timekeeping login screen. A Timekeeping record where Type = Clocking.
Serial No. has been renamed to Batch No.
A Find Panel Search has been added to the Available and Selected Grids (This replaces the former search box)
The following settings have been added:
General Settings > Mobile App > Timekeeping - Enable Geolocation on Start/Stop (Y/N Default = N) - When Yes, the geolocation of the user is saved when they start/stop timekeeping.
Transaction Settings > Mobile App > Timekeeping: Enable Transaction - Used to identify which transactions to display in the Timekeeping List View.
The following settings are required:

Functionality has been upgraded to include the following (Tap on a location to open menu):
Use cases: Issue Finished Goods Stock to a Sales Order; Issue Raw Materials to a Work Order.

The Transaction Setting > Create New Transaction has been removed - the updated user access model has made it redundant.
The redundant Sales (SLS) module has been deleted - the functionality has been moved to the SM module.
The redundant Email > Inbox functionality has been removed - it was previously used to import email content.
The Inventory Location Groups functionality has been removed.
The Transaction Alerts functionality has been deprecated in favour of using the checklist/approvals functionality as well as a In Stock indicator which is now a permanent fixture in all Inventory transactions.
Settings - The redundant Summary tab has now been deleted.
The redundant functionality to Logout / Login on Transactions using a touch interface has been removed.
Check and update Main Menu and Tile Menu - duplicate group names may exist.
Update the new Transaction Settings > Mobile App > Timekeeping: Enable Transaction.
Fixed: You were able to use Ctrl+Enter to add multi-line text in some of the text settings where only a single line of text was expected.
Fixed: Service Manager > Responses - The Edit Status button was visible when the Status Grid was not displayed (e.g. when a Response was viewed after it was created).
Fixed: Service Manager - the caption on the active page of the page control, was not set to bold.
When a new Item is created, the Find Panel search is now cleared to ensure the new item is visible in the grid.
Fixed: Items > Dependencies - The function to add items to Assemblies did not allow you to add decimal quantities.
Fixed: Items > Batch Updates - The Status lookup did not include the 'Review' Status.
Fixed: Work Processes - The Department lookup was displaying the Description instead of the Code.
Fixed: You were unable to view a Delivery Address when a transaction was in read-only mode.

Fixed: NCR - You were only able to select a Remake WO if the WO was linked to the Supplier on the Purchase Order.
Fixed: Dies & Cylinders - After editing a Die, the Find Panel search was no longer working. If you navigated away from Dies and Cylinders and then back to Dies and Cylinders, the Edit form would not show the selected Die.
Fixed: Inventory Module - You were not able to select 'No date' in the Stock Check view's date filter.
Fixed: The Batch Items edit form was not refreshed when Items were issued or returned using the Dual List functionality. The Batch quantities in the Inventory and Item Summary were not always showing the quantity in the Base Unit.
Deleted redundant General Setting: Port used for receiving System Messages.
A number of redundant HTML tags were removed from the HTML editor.
Custom Reports Optimisation - When you click the View button to refresh an existing report, only the query is refreshed now. (Previously the grid was re-created)
