One of the most rewarding aspects of our work as civil engineers and land surveyors is to assist local park districts with projects that help improve the quality of life in the communities they serve. These types of projects include playgrounds, park facilities, athletic fields, recreation paths, parking facilities and community buildings.
ALTA & Topographic Surveys
Our surveying and mapping services use up to date global positioning system equipment and advanced satellite imaging to provide comprehensive base mapping for planning and design. Our professional land surveyors and support personnel will help you make sure you know exactly what is included in your deal.
Floodplain Management
Our design teams have helped investors turn floodplain areas into assets. Utilizing potential water features to allow for the relocation or consolidation of flood plain storage, storm water management and wetland enhancements can add long-term value to a site while simultaneously restoring natural habitat.

Arc Design Resources has successfully designed and implemented many roadway design and rehabilitation projects in the northern Illinois area working for both public and private entities. Many of our traffic projects are the prelude to the preparation of full construction plans.
