The Northwoods Beef-A-Roo located in Machesney Park, IL was built by Rockford Structures Construction Company.
Rockford based, Beef-A-Roo was founded in 1967 with their first restaurant having a Wild West theme, hence the name Beefaroo.
While many area restaurants were built by NIBCA General Contractors, the 90's brought fast food chains with differing project delivery systems. Generally, parent-companies of these chains would send a project manager with tried and true blueprints to seek out qualified subcontractors, leaving out the local general contractors.
