Odling Construction Company was the general contractor on this project. They had the difficult task of utilizing a multitude of materials. A fountain, large aquariums, antiques and art objects were pieced together to form a showplace on a bluff overlooking the Rock River.

Odling Construction was founded by Roland Odling in 1969. His daughter, Cathie Odling, was the first woman to be elected President of NIBCA in 1998.
