5-10 Stationary Dribbles + Drop Right Hand Ball + Field Goal (either shoot or layup);
5-10 Stationary Dribbles + Drop Left Hand Ball + Field Goal (either shoot or layup);
5-10 Alternate Dribbles + Drop Right Hand Ball + Field Goal (either shoot or layup);
5-10 Alternate Dribbles + Drop Left Hand Ball + Field Goal (either shoot or layup);
