Right hand bounce pass
Left hand bounce pass
(please do 20 passes per drill for 3 times)
Pivot then make a chest pass
Pivot then make a bounce pass
(get a partner and near the hoop and please make 10 made shots per drill)
Pivot and make a chest pass to your partner and pass back to you then shoot the ball
Pivot and make a bounce pass to your partner and pass back to you then shoot the ball
Dribble around the cone with your right or left hand up to the last cone, make a jump stop & shoot. Compete with your partner for 1 minute each. Highest score wins
