Ball control on either hands while performing different dribble skills.
Exercise 1: Dribbling in Space
*3 sets per hand with 30sec-1min interval
Stand in space with a ball
Right / Left Hand Dribbling
Stationary Dribbling (30sec)
Crossovers (30sec)
2 Dribble + Crossover (30sec)
1 Dribble + Crossover (30sec)
Wipers (30sec)
2 Dribble + Wipers (30sec)
1 Dribble + Wipers (30sec)
Forward and Back (30sec)
Forward and Back + Wipers (30sec)
*switch hands after a full set
