Exercise 1: Dribbling with Footwork Drills Part 1
Do each exercise for 3-5 sets
Right hand dribble + left foot touches left marker (15x)
Left hand dribble + right foot touches right marker (15x)
Right hand dribble + alternate foot touches markers (10x per side)
Left hand dribble + alternate foot touches markers (10x per side)
Right hand dribble 5 bounces then do a jump stop (5x - balance both feet)
Exercise 2: Dribbling with Footwork Drills Part 2
Do each exercise for 3-5 sets
Right hand dribble then jump stop (6x - balance both feet)
Left hand dribble then jump stop 6 (6x - balance both feet)
Crossover dribble then jump stop (8x - balance both feet)
Right hand dribble moving forward then slide backward while protecting the ball with off hand (6x)
Left hand dribble moving forward then slide backward while protecting the ball with off hand (6x)
