Stand in a space, start from Parallel Basic Stance
Roll the ball out to yourself every time when you are about to change Pivot foot
Do 2-3 sets and rest after a full set, also you can double or triple the number of Pivots
Front Pivot 90 degrees around right foot
Front Pivot 180 degrees around right foot
Back Pivot 90 degrees around right foot
Back Pivot 180 degrees around right foot
Front Pivot 90 degrees around left foot
Front Pivot 180 degrees around left foot
Back Pivot 90 degrees around left foot
Back Pivot 180 degrees around left foot
Straight Front Pivot and Back Pivot around right foot
Straight Front Pivot and Back Pivot with Spin around right foot
Straight Front Pivot and Back Pivot around left foot

Moving with Back Pivot 90 Degrees
Moving with Front Pivot 180 Degrees
Moving with Back Pivot 180 Degrees
Cross Dribble + Basic Stance + Front and Back Pivot
Direct Dribble + Basic Stance + Front and Back Pivot with Spin
Regular Dribble + 1 Touch Jump Stop + Straight Front Pivot and Back Pivot + Straight Front Pivot and Back Pivot with Spin around right foot
Regular Dribble + 1 Touch Jump Stop + Straight Front Pivot and Back Pivot + Straight Front Pivot and Back Pivot with Spin around left foot
Throw the ball up in the air and in front + catch with 1 Touch Jump Stop + Straight Back Pivot and Front Pivot + Straight Back Pivot and Front Pivot with Spin around left foot
Throw the ball up in the air and in front + catch with 1 Touch Jump Stop + Straight Back Pivot and Front Pivot + Straight Back Pivot and Front Pivot with Spin around right foot
Bounce the ball in front + catch with 1 Touch Jump Stop + Back Pivot and Front Pivot with Spin around left foot
