Exercise 1: 2 Ball Dribbling in Space
Stand in a space
Do 45secs-1min each dribble skill for 2-3 sets
Alternate Dribbling (Side to Side)
Stationary Dribbling (Side to Side)
Wipers Dribbling (Side to Side)
Alternate Dribbling + Lunges (Forward and Back)
Stationary Dribbling + Lunges (Forward and Back)
