Drills for Shooting hand, using small Space and without Hoop (at Spot and using the Wall)

Exercise 1: Shooting Drills by the Wall Part 1
Do 2-3 sets of 20-30 repetitions, rest after a full set
Stand and extend your arm above, lean the ball against the wall and roll it clockwise and back 180 degrees
Stand and extend your arm above, Dribble the ball clockwise and back 180 degrees
Bend your knees and extend your arm above, lean the ball against the wall and roll it clockwise and back 180 degrees
Bend your knees and extend your arm above, Dribble the ball clockwise and back 180 degrees
Stand and extend your arm above, lean the ball against the wall and roll it down and up while doing squats
Stand and extend your arm above, Dribble the ball down and up while doing squats
