Use the No-Charge Zone as your marker
If No-Charge is not available on court, estimate 1m away from the basketball court
Make 5 consecutive made field goals for each spot
Set up 5 spots around the court that ranges from 3m to 5m away from the basket
Use 1 big step as your basis for measuring 1m distance
Mark the following spot (corner, wing, top, opposite wing, opposite corner)
Make 10 made field goals for each spot
If you have a partner you can either:
Take turns after each spot or;
Alternately shoot and race to make 10 field goals
Set up 5 spots around the court that ranges from 3m to 5m away from the basket
Use 1 big step as your basis for measuring 1m distance
Mark the following spot (corner, wing, top, opposite wing, opposite corner)
Make 2 consecutive made field goals for each spot to advance to the next spot
If you have a partner you can either:
Take turns after each spot or;
Alternately shoot to make 2 consecutive field goals and finish all the spots
