Exercise 1: Dribbling with Wall Touch
Use 3m-5m area for you to move around freely
Stand in front of a wall or couch/drawer/table/bed with a ball
Right and Left hand dribbling with wall you touch
3 Dribbles + Crossovers + Wall touch
1 Dribble + Crossovers + Wall touch
Crossovers + Wall touch
3 Dribbles + Wipers + Crossover + Wall touch
1 Dribble + Wipers + Crossover + Wall touch
Wipers + Crossover wall touch
3 Dribbles + Between the Legs + Wall touch
1 Dribble + Between the Legs + Wall touch
*Between the Legs + Wall touch
*Switch Leg for the Between the Legs
Exercise 2: Dribbling with an Extra Small Ball
3 sets for 30-45secs each
Toss + Catch
Drop + Catch
Drop + Snatch
1 Bounce + Snatch
Toss + 1 Bounce + Crossover + Catch
*Switch to you Left Hand for each set
