Hi Basketball aficionados and welcome to those who are interested to be part of our On-Court and/or Off-Court basketball programme! Despite having our own individual venue limitations - Basketball Never Stops!
We have prepared weekly drills for you to accomplish in order for you to stay fit, healthy and strong. These basketball drills will help you maintain and progress on your basketball development. We will definitely make it fun and meaningful for everyone to stay on track in preparation for our much awaited return to our UWCSEA Dover Basketball Courts.
Let us all join together in dribbling around the house, running up and down the court, passing against walls, outlet passes to our partner, tie toeing sprints and jumping over cones and toys. We will all make the most out of our time learning through different environments and conditions through our chosen sport.
The options below are for all players to continue training which is suitable to be completed if you have access to a basketball court and partner (parent, guardian, sibling, teammate, friend). Click on the age group below to jump in to your training programme.

The options below are HBL programme which is suitable to be completed without a basketball court. Available space are only indoors or outdoors in a small and limited space. Click on your age group below for all you need to keep active.
