Right hand dribble wipers
Left hand dribble wipers
2 dribble right hand then switch the ball to the left hand
2 dribble left hand then switch the ball to right hand
(please do the drill 10 made shots per side)
Start outside the blue paint
Jump stop. Move right foot then left foot when making a lay-up on the right side
Jump stop. Move left foot then right foot when making a lay-up on the left side
Middle basket (start in the free throw line)
Jump stop.Move right foot then left foot when making a lay-up in the middle
Jump stop. Move left foot then right foot when making a lay-up in the middle

Start in the elbow line
Right side 1 right hand dribbles forward then make right and left when making a lay-up
Left side 1 left hand dribbles forward then make left and right when making a lay-up
Middle basket (start in the middle free throw line)
1 left or right hand dribbles forward and make a 1-2 forward step when making a lay-up
Get 3 cones put 1 left elbow, 1 right elbow & 1 in the middle.
1 shot per cone. Count your made shots for 1 minute
