1 bounce then 2 claps
1 bounce then 4 claps
1 bounce then 6 claps
1 bounce then unlimited claps
Wrap around the ball on your head (10 times)
Wrap around the ball on your waist(10 times)
Closed both legs and wrap around the ball on your legs(10 times)
Spread your legs. Put the ball between your legs then roll the ball and do a figure of 8 for 20 times.
Do Opposite way figure of 8 for 20 times again
(Don't move or lift your legs during the drill)
Shoot the ball with your shooting hand (right or left) and make a follow thru
Jump stop both feet and shoot and hold your follow through
Start from the baseline
1st Set
Wrap around your waist and go around the elbow towards the basket
Jump stop and shoot and hold your follow through
2nd Set
Roll the ball in between your legs and around the elbow towards the basket
Jump stop and shoot and hold your follow through
