Welcome to Week 5 Daily Activities. We have added lots of new ideas to stay active. You can always go back to previous weeks if you have a favourite activity to do though!

FAMILY CHALLENGES!

Paper Plane Throw

  • Give everyone in your family a piece of paper and make your own paper plane. You could search for the best way to fold your plane. Here is an example of one:

  • Now choose a starting line and throw your plane to see who can make their plane fly the furthest.

  • Don't forget your overhand throw technique!

Jumping Obstacle Course

  • Build your own jumping obstacle course outside or indoors if you have the space

  • Find objects around your house that you could use to jump over (pillows, toys, bottles, clothes, broom, pots etc.)

  • You may use chalk to draw your obstacles

  • Make a start and finish point and then see if you can include 5 or more obstacles!

  • See how fast you can complete the course!
