Choose a word - for example your name and then you need to complete the task for each letter of your word.
There is also a short video showing how to do each letter movement.
For example: For the word E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E you would need to complete the following:
5 push ups, 10 arm circles, 5 push ups, 10 toe taps, 10 forward punches, 10 squats, 20 Heel taps and 5 push ups!!
