Email Revenue Recovery

The Email Revenue Recovery Program is a new initiative designed to turn resolved customer support interactions into new sales opportunities.

After the Email Team resolves a customer's concern, they include a 15% loyalty offer and a unique discount code in their resolution email, encouraging customers to contact our Phone Team. When customers call, agents identify the campaign, verify the promo code, recommend relevant product bundles, complete the order, and properly disposition the interaction as Marketing Initiative ADS.

This initiative helps us:

• Increase inbound phone traffic

• Recover additional revenue from existing customers

• Improve Average Order Value (AOV) through bundle recommendations

• Measure campaign performance through accurate tracking
