UNFULFILLED ORDERS IN SHOPIFY
For delayed orders in Shopify that show as unfulfilled, please make sure to update the customer’s information phone number, email, and shipping address before requesting fulfillment. Also, take note that even if a billing address is already provided, you still need to enter the shipping address.
In Shopify, “Unfulfilled” means that the order has been paid for or placed, but the items have not been shipped or processed yet. 📦
Simple explanation:

What it usually means for the store:
The warehouse or fulfillment team has not shipped the product yet.
A tracking number has not been created.
