How are deceased customer cases handled?

• Issue refund via the original payment method where possible

• Cancel all active subscriptions

• For cheque payments, legal documentation is required, and payment must be issued to “Estate of [Name]”

How can customers access their orders or digital products?

Customers may access their information through the Customer Portal → “My Orders.”

Are wholesale or franchise requests supported?

No. These requests are not supported and should be closed.

Are consultations available with Dr. Josh?

There is currently no confirmed process for consultations.
