How to change the next subscription renewal date (and the recurring frequency) on Sticky.
Log in to Sticky.io and search for the customer using their email or order ID.
At the top of the order page, you will see the subscription update options.
Hover over the icons to see their titles. Click the calendar icon.
You can change the recurring date at the top and also change the billing model, which is the frequency. (Important: if you change the billing model, you need to update the product to match it. See the next steps.)
Example: if the customer has a subscription for 3 bottles of TestoGreens Max and wants to change to 1 bottle every month, you would select “Monthly” or “One bottle every month TestoGreens Max” for the billing model.
Then select the arrows on the subscription menu to update the recurring product.
Then select the 1-bottle TestoGreens Max Subscribe and Save product to match your billing model.
Make sure to inform the customer of the new cost and frequency, since the price will be different.
