Review All Available Price Points
Some products may appear multiple times with different pricing. Ensure you are selecting the correct link based on the offer you present to the customer.
Upsell in the Correct Order
When recommending products, follow this sequence:
a. Higher Quantity Package First (6 bags → 3 bags → 1 bag)
“Most customers choose the 6-bottle bundle because it delivers the best results and the greatest savings. PhysioTru products are designed for consistent daily use, so having enough on hand helps support continued progress. The 6-bottle option also brings the cost per bottle down more than the 3- or 1-bottle options.”
b. Subscription Option
“There’s also a subscription option that gives additional savings and ensures you never run out. It delivers on your schedule and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.”
If multiple subscription price points exist --> anchor the highest price: “The subscription for the 6-bottle supply can go up to around $X per month…”
Then present the lowest price point to create savings: “But let me apply a discount on my end for you. I can bring it down to $X instead, which is the lowest price available.”
If customer declines subscription, present OTP (below)
c. One-Time Purchase (OTP)
“No problem. The one-time purchase is also available. You’ll still get the highest value with the 6-bottle bundle. Would you like the 6, 3, or 1-bottle option?”
