A new shared/group login email for Yotpo will be created and credentials will be sent later.
2. Automated Review Approval Status
Auto-review approval is working properly.
The actual issue is related to Shopify product variations and some UltraCart mapping issues.
Reviews are being approved, but some are not attaching to the correct parent product, causing:
Incorrect product review display
Review counts not updating correctly
3. Manual Review Process (Pending Reviews)
Team should go to: Reviews > Moderation > Status > Pending
Pending reviews are those that were not automatically approved or rejected.
These should be reviewed by the Customer Support team at least weekly.
Actions available:
Publish
Reject (with reason)
4. Why Reviews Go to Pending
Reviews may be flagged even if they are positive, often due to certain words or phrases used in the review that trigger filters.
5. Q&A Section Opportunity
Customers can submit questions through the review section.
These should be monitored and responded to because they indicate strong buying interest.
Responses will be visible publicly on the product page.
If inappropriate or invalid, questions can also be rejected.
6. Customer Outreach Opportunity
Customer email addresses are visible.
Team can use this to:
Respond directly
Look up customer info
Check if they are existing customers
Potentially convert interested prospects
