How to create a customer order (payment) link on Maverick using the EasyPayDirect gateway.
Log in to Easy Pay Direct.
On the left menu, click Product Manager, then on the next screen, click Products.
You will see a list of previously created products. You can edit and use these, or create new ones. To edit them, click the highlighted names in the left column, change what you want, and then click Save.
For previously created products, you can just copy the link found in the Product Link column.
To create a new product, click the “New Item” button at the top right. Then add a SKU and Description. Since these are customer links, these fields aren’t that important. You can just grab the offer name of what the customer wanted to order and add it to both the SKU and Description.
Then add the cost and any taxes or discounts you need included.
Click Save.
Back on the product list, there will be a button in the Product Link column that says “Create Link”. Click it, and it will create your product link. You can reuse this product link in the future.

How to use the email correction automation.
Incorrect Emails Checks tab on our tracking sheet
How the automation works: this automation watches new orders that come in through Sticky or Checkout Champ and checks their email address for obvious errors, such as emails ending in @gmil.con, yahoo.con, or @gmailcom. It also watches for issues with the shipping address.
If it finds an issue, the customer is added to this sheet. It will put a note in the “Reason Added” column explaining why they were added.
For email address issues, it will give a suggested fix in the “Suggested Change” column. You can review it and make edits if needed. Note: we should never make changes to anything in front of the @ without checking the customer’s prior orders or asking them.
If the suggested change looks good, or you added the correction yourself, set the “Autocorrect Approval” column to “Approved”. The automation will take the suggested change and fix it in Sticky or Checkout Champ, resend the order confirmation, and send or fix it in our email system, AWeber.
If the issue is shipping-address related, or is an email issue that can’t be fixed, we need to reach out to the customer first. Scroll to the right and mark the Status column as called, emailed, or waiting for response. Add any outreach notes, and mark who is working on the case in the Assigned Agent column.
Shipping and billing addresses need to be fixed manually. After fixing, make sure to come back and mark the Status column as “Resolved”.
If the correct email is found, add it to the Suggested Change column and click Approve, and it will automatically update it.
