When are customers charged?

Customers are charged at the time of order processing, not upon delivery.

How are failed payments handled?

The system does not automatically retry failed payments.

Can PayPal subscriptions be modified?

No. PayPal subscriptions cannot be modified. They may only be:

• Paused

• Cancelled

What is the recommended approach for skipping a subscription delivery?

• Refund the current order

• Maintain the active subscription

• Avoid manual holds due to risk of oversight
