Training Agreement for Retention Specialist
This Training Agreement is made on (DATE) between CX Retention Shield LLC (“Company”) and (agent name) (“Contractor”) for participation in the Retention Specialist training program.
1. Purpose and Status
This Agreement outlines the terms of the Contractor’s participation in a virtual training program. The Contractor enters this Agreement as an independent contractor; nothing herein shall be construed as creating an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture. A separate agreement may be offered upon successful completion of training.
The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, as an independent contractor, they are solely responsible for their own taxes, withholdings, insurance, and benefits.
2. Training Details
• Start Date: January 5, 2026 (SAMPLE)
• Duration: 5 days (40 hours) of formal training, followed by a 10-day (80 hours) supervised nesting period.
• Schedule: 40 hours total (per week for the duration), remote/virtual
• Content Includes:
o Customer retention strategies
o Communication and consultative selling skills
o CRM tools and navigation
o Compliance and policy adherence
3. Compensation
• Rate: $ per hour
• Payment: The Compensation Fee for all training and nesting hours will be issued within fifteen (15) business days following the successful completion of the training and nesting period and receipt of the Contractor’s invoice.
Note: No additional benefits or allowances are provided during training.
4. Attendance & Participation
• Full attendance is required for all 5 days of training and the entire nesting period.
• Absences are strongly discouraged due to the short, intensive duration. Unapproved absence or failure to complete the full training and nesting period may result in immediate removal from the program. In case of an emergency, the Contractor must notify the Company immediately via email to [WMF Email Address Placeholder CC: HR and TEAM LEAD].
5. Training Evaluation
To successfully complete the training program, the Contractor must:
• Participate in all scheduled training activities.
• Complete all assessments and mock calls.
• Successfully complete the nesting period.
• Achieve a minimum passing score of 80% on all evaluations.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification from further engagement. In the event of failure to meet these requirements, the Company will notify the Contractor of disqualification, and this Agreement will terminate immediately upon such notification.
6. Contractor Requirements
The Contractor must provide:
• A reliable computer or laptop.
• Stable internet connection.
• A quiet, professional environment suitable for virtual training.
7. Confidentiality
All training materials, discussions, and shared resources are confidential and remain the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized sharing or use is strictly prohibited.
8. Post-Training
Upon successful completion of training and meeting the evaluation criteria, the Company may offer a separate contract outlining the terms of engagement as a Retention Specialist.
9. Data Security and PII Protection
The Contractor agrees to use all Company and customer data, including any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) accessed during the training and nesting period, strictly in accordance with the Company’s policies and all applicable laws. The Contractor shall implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of such confidential information.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA
