Hosting Guidelines
Here’s some guidelines if you’d like to host a trivia session on your own:
Rules
Please no Google or computer assistance. Use only your brain power and each other.
Each round should take about 10 minutes or less.
Our goal is to have fun--no prizes for top scores.
Suggested Process
Set up a Zoom/Hangouts meeting with your team. Should take about 30-45 minutes to complete play 2 or 3 rounds of trivia.
Zoom/Hangouts Agenda
Have an icebreaker question if you want.
Let everyone say hello.
Go over the rules and decide on a team name(s).
Share the quiz links with everyone in the chat window.
If you're playing on separate teams, this is the time to send everyone into the breakout rooms
Share your screen with the team so you can collaborate.
Use the “unpinch” move on your trackpad to zoom in on some of the tiny pictures.
When done, click “Submit” and you can view the correct answers.
If you have feedback/suggestions or want to dispute any of the answers, email Mark at mlonergan@bostonpublicschools.org.
